Created by goldsmith Inés Bonadeo with art direction by Martín Bustamante, Sol Federal and Luna Federal reinterpret the sun of the Argentine flag as sculptural objects for everyday life.

Drawing from references including the Andean sun god Inti and Mama Quilla, the works explore symbolic representations of the sun and moon through expressive faces, material, and form. Each piece is made entirely by hand at Bonadeo’s workshop in Buenos Aires. Sol Federal is crafted in bronze for its warm brilliance, while Luna Federal is made in nickel silver, chosen for its naturally cool, blue-toned reflections. Both pieces can also function as wall sconces.
