Shipping Policy

The shipping times for the majority of our capsules are those indicated in the description of the product itself, under the heading "ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME". Once your order has been shipped from one of our locations you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number. 

Below is a complete list of shipping options available. Your location and/or product(s) ordered determine which shipping options are available and will be presented within your cart and checkout at the time of order.

  • U.S. Ground: Free
  • U.S. Standard / 3 to 4 days: $25
  • U.S. Next Day/ 1 to 2 days: $35
  • International Economy/ 10 days: $25
  • International Standard / 5 to 10 days: $35
  • International Express/ 1 to 5 days: 45

Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be prepared the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship out on the next business day. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

If your package is lost, stolen or damaged and you did not protect it with Route, we will do everything we can to assist you when processing your claim, however, we are not responsible for packages once they are in transit. Please contact UPS, FedEx or DHL to initiate a claim for your package.
