Designed by Sol Pardo and entirely crocheted by hand by a group of artisans in Argentina, each blanket brings together individually made granny squares in a one-of-a-kind composition of color and pattern.

Rooted in a technique traditionally associated with domestic making, repetition, and collective craft, the blankets transform the familiar granny square into a contemporary textile object. Each piece is assembled entirely by hand, allowing variations in color and composition to make every blanket unique.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Sol Pardo (b. 1989, Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a multidisciplinary designer and creative director working across fashion, performance, and object design. Through PARDOhats, her practice explores craftsmanship, materiality, and the accessory as an expressive and sculptural object.

In 2015, she was named Accessory Designer of the Year by Harper’s Bazaar Argentina, and in 2017 was selected by Vogue Italia for Vogue Talents.
