1980s white kilt-style skirt with striking cascades of color evoking sea and soil, which repeat as a horizontal border pattern. Front panel and knife pleats around the back. Adjustable buckle waistband. Unlined and in clean, beautiful condition. Label says made in Scotland, size 12.
