1970s black flared skirt in textured fabric with white slubs evoking lint or shooting stars. Constructed with four gores cut on the bias. Four belt loops, two on either side front and back. Side metal zipper closure with button. Brown bias tape along the inside the hem. Waist taken in on the right, accentuating the flare. Unlined and in clean, beautiful condition.
